Shelter Multi-Lingual Project
Shelter Multi-Lingual Service provides independent and confidential advice, information and casework on housing issues. This includes advice - although we do not represent at tribunals - on housing benefit queries, focusing on clients whose first language is not English.
The service works across the city and staff speak Sylheti, as well as accessing face to face and telephone interpreters. The Multi-Lingual Service operates a drop in and appointment service plus home visits can be arranged for clients unable to access the drop in or an appointment.
