Centre for Sport
The Centre for Sport aims to increase participation in physical activity. We hope to improve the overall health of people who live in the West End.
The Centre provides community access throughout the week for the West End population. The activities offered include participation in sport, access to courses to become qualified coaches, volunteering and opportunities to develop skills in all elements of the sports and leisure industry.
Various clubs meet here including Trampolining, Basketball, Hockey, Badminton, Netball, Table Tennis, Judo and Karate.
We also have BME Badminton sessions on a Sunday night from 8pm-10pm plus Monday night 11pm-2am.
Everyone is welcome at these sessions which cost 2 Sundays 2.50 Mondays
