Depaul UK
Depaul UK provides a variety of projects to support young people including:
Sports Development: working with young people in Tyne and Wear covering a variety of sports whilst also giving help in basic skills.
Click@depaul: this project provides access to information communication technology for groups of people who currently have limited or no access to such resources.
Outside-Link: Helps young prisoners to secure accommodation prior to release from prison, in order to prevent them from becoming homeless and re-offending. It also aims to set up support networks in the community where they will be living on their release.
One-to-One: A mentoring programme for young offenders aged 16-21. The programme recruits volunteers from the local community to befriend a young person before they leave custody and to continue their support on the young person's release.
