Patient Information Centre
The Centre aims to ensure that everyone has access to a range of useful information about health and related issues.
The service is free and completely confidential.
The Centre can provide information on
- Medical conditions, procedures and treatments
- Access to self-help and support groups
- How to use complaints procedures
- A range of NHS services
Citizens Advice Bureau advice sessions are open to Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust service users, carers and staff.
Staff in the Patient Information Centre will do their best to answer your questions, and if we can't answer them ourselves we probably know someone who can.
