Pen and Tonic
Pen and Tonic promotes the health benefits of creative and expressive writing.
Its just not good for people to keep strong emotions bottled up inside so we share writing triggers and exercises to show people how they can express themselves in writing.
Expressing smouldering emotions lightens the load and youll be amazed at how your writing can talk to you and help you clear your head. It can lead you to start a life story book, scrap book, write poetry and short stories or keep a daily journal.
We demonstrate how writing can be very therapeutic and help people to find their voice, reduce stress levels and build confidence.
So our mission is to spread the word on the positive impact writing can have on mental and physical well being.
We provide taster workshops, show staff how to use it for themselves and others and we can work with organisations to provide a series of sessions.
