Macmillan Support Service
Affected by cancer or a life limiting condition
If you live in Newcastle or North Tyneside, we offer free, one to one support for anyone affected, including family and friends.
We also support those bereaved through any reason.
A volunteer-led service, we have:
- someone to talk to
- someone to go to treatments with you
- someone to help you with social activities
- someone to help you find information
- someone to help you face the future if you've lost someone you love
- support groups and events
We take referrals from voluntary sector organisations as well as Health and Social care professionals. Individuals are welcome to ring us directly for information and advice.
